Die Tagung wurde letztes Jahr für das ehrenamtliche Engagement und die umgesetzten Projekte beim DFB Ehrenamtspreis gewonnen und man nutzte die Möglichkeit um die Zukunft der Abteilung zu gestalten.

Themenschwerpunkte waren der sportliche Bereich, von der Jugend und bis zu den Aktiven Damen und Herren sowie das Ehrenamt und alles was dazugehört.
Hierzu erarbeiteten sich Funktionäre, Trainer und Spieler sowie der Jugendkoordinator in Workshops jede Menge an Themen, welche jetzt konzeptionell finalisiert werden.
Einen begleiteten Impuls brachte der DFB Masterplan 2024, welcher die Klausur am Freitag einleitete:
